What is the foot bath?
Foot bath also known as foot soak is a holistic health remedy dates back hundreds years. Back in the old days, it would be a common practise to come home and soak your feet. This ancient practice believed in the importance of daily foot bath and how feet are the foundation or root to our health.
Foot bath consists of placing the feet in hot water for 15-20 minutes. It is given at temperatures ranging from 40–45°C. This treatment can be either sitting in a chair or lying down.

For achy feet - The magnesium in PBS Foot Bath absorbed through the skin, promotes relaxation while relieving tension, pain, and inflammation. Usage Direction
- Pour a sachet of PBS Foot Bath together with essential oils if required into a tub.
- Be sure to add enough hot water into the tub till ankles fully submerge into the water.
- Stir the water until the salt fully dissolves. You can do this with your feet or a spoon.
- Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. Once finished, pat your feet dry with a towel, put on a pair of socks and go to bed.
Note:
- People with high blood pressure, seniors over 60 years old and pregnant woman should limit the bath time to 15 minutes.
- Drink a glass of warm water before soaking and a glass of warm water mixed with our Purple Bamboo Salt after soaking to replenish back the nutrient loss from your body.
